What To Do
Our committed service representatives are always prepared to support you at every stage.
Step 1: Planning
First, we need to consider how the dearly departed would have wished to be remembered, including planning the funeral days and respecting their chosen religion. Additionally, the budget must be assessed.
Step 2: Transportation
Please inform us if the dearly departed is currently at a hospital, nursing home, or home, and we will promptly dispatch our team to assist with the administrative tasks and arrange transportation to our funeral home.
Step 3: Documentation
A doctor must be present to determine the cause of death and issue a death certificate. We will also guide you on how to book a venue, whether at an HDB block or your preferred location, for the funeral.
Step 4: Funeral Organisation
The final step is to inform the dearly departed's friends and family of the location and date of the service. Once the venue is prepared, we will transport the dearly departed to the location, where family and friends will be waiting.
